Charles Moore is a British journalist.  He was editor of The Spectator and then of The Daily Telegraph, and resigned in order to write The Life of Margaret Thatcher (forthcoming 2009), the authorized biography of Lady Thatcher, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
