Julia Schwarz, Communications and Undergraduate Program Administrator

Julia Schwarz is the Communications and Undergraduate Program Administrator. Prior to joining the Madison Program in 2021, she was the events and outreach manager at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy. She has held similar roles at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education and the American Political Science Association.

Julia has a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and a doctorate from Georgetown University, both in political science. She wrote her dissertation on theories of history in the work of Alexis de Tocqueville and Friedrich Nietzsche.
